Cloud Conquer AI, LLC ("we") publishes, hosts, and maintains the website previewed on this page for the business identified on it ("you"). The published site may differ slightly from the preview as we finalize details with you.
Your subscription starts at checkout: the amount shown today, then the same amount automatically every 2 weeks via Stripe. The subscription has a four-month minimum term (eight bi-weekly payments).
After the four-month minimum term you may cancel at any time by replying to any of our emails or via your Stripe receipt; cancellation stops future charges at the end of the current billing period. If you cancel before the end of the minimum term, the remaining payments of the minimum term become due. Amounts already paid are not refunded except as required by law. When the subscription ends we may unpublish the site.
Publishing the previewed site, hosting, ongoing maintenance and monitoring, one content change per month at your request (text, photos, hours, or offers), and the AI chat assistant. Additional changes and custom design or development beyond the previewed site are quoted separately.
If we register a domain for you, we manage it during your subscription. A domain you already own stays yours; we simply point it at the site.
You confirm you have the rights to the business information and images shown and authorize us to publish them on your behalf. Your content remains yours.
The site design, code, and AI features remain ours and are licensed to you while subscribed.
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. The AI assistant answers automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate; it is not professional advice.
The service may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms; material changes will be sent to the contact details on file. Continued use after notice is acceptance.
